Delivery locations and prices
We can dispatch orders to anywhere in the UK and almost any international country.
The prices for each location are the following.
UK Mainland = £5.95
Isle of Wight/Isle of Man = £17.95
Northern Ireland = £15.95
Republic of Ireland = £15.95 (Small parcels only)
Scottish Islands/Channel Islands = £34.95
Other European Countries = £26.95
Australia, USA & Canada = £41.95
Other International Countries = £54.95
As there are so many locations to list individually, there are some areas where the delivery cost may be higher or lower than the above, and if so we will need to send an invoice for the additional amount required before dispatching if it's higher or refund the difference if it's lower, the same applies if the parcel is larger/heavier than normal.
Dispatch and Delivery times
We aim to dispatch all UK orders within two days and every large order is sent on a next working day delivery service to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Small orders, e.g. a pack of curtain rings will be sent by Evri or Royal Mail.
All orders are sent by courier and will need somebody at the premises to sign for the parcel.
If there is nobody available to accept the parcel then you may add a note to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.
We dispatch all international orders at least once a week and the delivery time to most countries is within 3-7 days
Free Delivery for UK orders over £250
This promotion applies to all items on the website, and is available to UK mainland postcodes only.
If you need to locate your order at any time, just contact us (our details can be found on the "Contact Us" page) and we can resolve any problems for you or provide a tracking number so that you can view the status of the delivery.
During any periods of bad weather, or around any public holidays, please allow extra time for deliveries to be made, as delivery companies usually have limited delivery dates during these times or have weather related issues which can result in delays
When ordering any items, we highly recommend waiting for the delivery to be made before organising any fitting dates, as sometimes there may be problems before or during the delivery that could hinder any plans.
We cannot be held responsible for any fitting costs.
When placing an order, please check the address details to make sure they are correct, and if possible add any delivery instructions in case the delivery companies have difficulties (for example, leave in the porch)
If a delivery is returned to us due to any address issues that are down to the customer, then additional costs may apply.
Upon delivery of your order, please check the number of parcels to make sure everything is correct, and if there are any damages, sign accordingly and refuse the order if it is possible.
