Items that are not faulty or damaged

If you decide to return any of the items you have purchased for a refund or exchange, you may do so by informing us within 14 days of the date that your order was delivered on.
The items that you purchased will need to be unused and within the original packaging in the same condition as sold.
You will be required to cover all postage costs and we recommend that you should send the item(s) by a trackable service.
Any items that are returned that are used, without the original packaging or are in any other unsaleable state, will not be refunded and will be returned to you (extra charges apply).

For any order refunds that are not due to faults or damage, the item cost excluding the original postage will be the amount refunded. (If the original postage cost was free, then our standard postage postage cost will be excluded from the item refund)

Items that are faulty or damaged

If the reason for return is due to damage or the item is faulty, then we will organise a replacement for you and we will cover any postage costs incurred.
We will require pictures of the damage to be sent to us before the above can be actioned.
